Dear Jack:
One of the most difficult challenges for any senior executive is correctly aligning the talents, strengths and personalities comprising their key management team. Over the years I have developed a reputation for introducing fresh approaches to meet the growth and profitability challenges in companies similar to your own. Perhaps within your organization there may be a need for someone of my experience.
As a brief introduction, I have 20+ years senior corporate finance, operations and business development experience with both public and privately held companies with revenues from $12 million to $18 billion. Positions have spanned COO, CFO, Group Controller and VP-Finance with various electronics, food and specialty chemical manufacturers.
At this point in my career, I’m looking for companies seeking a “hands-on” operations and financial executive to affect the restructuring necessary for turnaround or growth. I’d be only too happy to stay for the “long haul” and would consider accepting an equity stake for demonstrated results.
